Partially and Temporarily Blinded Myself Update!
Well, this is embarassing!
So remember how I said I was hard at work to make sure I could drop the whole chapter in it’s entirety by December first? Well, that’s not gonna happen.
Why you might ask? Well, read the title babe. I was kinda pushing myself to work around 12-14 hours a day to get these pages done and around 6-ish last night my left eye started uhh…. losing vison.
Now I’ve passed out a few times (Anemia! Woo!) and it’s not the same type of vison loss, it’s hard to describe. But by it’s worst, I lost I’d say 80% of my left eye’s sight, and about 10% of my right. Which was scary as hell dudes!! I won’t lie!! luckily with the power of not looking at screens, it went away (and a rockin’ migraine took it’s place). But from here I think I’m gonna be taking it MAD EASY with the screentime.
Which is to say, this chapter will not be dropping on December first, just not possible if I wanna keep my eyes. I got good vision, I can’t be speed-running blindness bc of a deadline set by myself.
So! The chapter will probably still drop sometime in December, just maybe not early December.
I’m all good now! Eyes are firing on all cylinders but, I will be limiting myself by a lot and taking plenty of breaks.
Remember kiddos, screens are not your friends and they want to eat your eyes.
So like, go touch grass. Or else. Apparently.
